Experienced, individualized bodywork
Naomi is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida and has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. With more than 20 years of experience and continuing education in a variety of bodywork modalities, Naomi brings extensive knowledge and an individualized approach to every session.
Naomi specializes in Thai Massage and Myofascial Release and draws from additional training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and other massage and bodywork techniques. Rather than following a predetermined routine, she combines techniques based on what you need from each session.
A Collaborative Approach
Your body is different every time you come to the table. Naomi customizes each session based on your goals, preferences, comfort level, and what your body is communicating that day.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, emphasizing communication, consent, body awareness, and choice throughout the session. Naomi will work with you to identify what feels supportive and will provide education and practical self-care tools you can incorporate between sessions.
With her background in massage therapy, yoga, and clinical social work, Naomi brings a broad understanding of the relationship between body awareness, movement, stress, and overall well-being to her work.
Massage Modalities
A dynamic form of bodywork incorporating assisted stretching, compression, movement, and pressure to encourage mobility and body awareness.
A slower, focused approach that works with the body’s connective tissues and areas of tension, with pressure and pacing adapted to your comfort level.
An Inclusive Practice
Naomi strives to create a massage environment that is welcoming, respectful, and inclusive. She welcomes LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients and is committed to providing bodywork in an environment where clients’ identities, boundaries, and comfort are respected.
